Suggested Treatments
An open study of 3
antidepressants over 6 months in CFS revealed no particular agent to be
better than others, but a "beneficial clinical effect" from

studies also point to antidepressants being useful for many somatic
conditions other than CFS and FM, Allgulander & Kasper, 2002. Anti-depression medication helped, but
sample size was limited and the study design not double-blind or placebo
